DETAILED SAFARI ITINERARY

Day 01: NAIROBI
Arrive Jomo Kenyatta Airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day free. Overnight at Holiday Inn Mayfair / Jacaranda Hotel / Nairobi Safari Club.

Day 02: NAIROBI - SAMBURU/SHABA
After an early breakfast at the Hotel commence drive to Samburu/Shaba National Reserve. Lunch at the Lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge / Sarova Shaba Lodge.

Day 03: SAMBURU/SHABA-ABERDARES
Early morning game drive, prior to breakfast at the Lodge. Morning return drive to the Aberdares area, arriving in time for lunch at the Outspan Hotel / Aberdare Country Club. Afternoon transfer, in Hotel/Club vehicles, into the Aberdare National Park - to the Treetops / The Ark for a night of game viewing, from the Lodge precincts. Dinner & overnight at Treetops / The Ark.

Day 04: ABERDARES - LAKE NAKURU
If at The Ark, breakfast and transfer to Aberdare Country Club. If at Treetops, return transfer to Outspan Hotel for breakfast. Rejoin your driver/guide and depart for the Rift Valley for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill / Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game viewing & bird watching drive. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill / Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 05: LAKE NAKURU - MAASAI MARA
After breakfast commence drive west past Mount Longonot and via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve to arrive for lunch at the respective hotel. Afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner & overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge / Mara Simba Lodge / Keekorok Lodge / Sarova Mara Camp.

Day 06: MAASAI MARA
Morning and late afternoon game viewing drives in this Reserve, with spectacular sceneries and diverse wildlife. All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge / Mara Simba Lodge / Keekorok Lodge / Sarova Mara Camp.

Day 07: MAASAI MARA - NAIROBI
After breakfast at the Lodge, embark on your return journey to Nairobi. On arrival you will be dropped off at the Holiday Inn Mayfair / Jacaranda Hotel / Nairobi Safari Club. Remainder of the day free. Transfer at 19h00 for dinner at Carnivore Restaurant. Overnight at Holiday Inn Mayfair / Jacaranda Hotel / Nairobi Safari Club.

Day 08: NAIROBI - ARUSHA - LAKE MANYARA
After breakfast depart for Namanga, on a Kobo private transfer bus. After the boarder formalities change of vehicles and continue to Arusha. Lunch at an Arusha restaurant. At 14h00, commence safari to Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Day 09: LAKE MANYARA - SERENGETI
After breakfast depart for game drive at Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch at the Lodge and thereafter depart to Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

Day 10: SERENGETI
Full day game viewing drives. All meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

Day 11: SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CRATER
Breakfast and morning game drive. Lunch at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. Afternoon depart to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation area, visiting the Olduvai Gorge en route. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 12: NGORONGORO CRATER
After an early breakfast, depart for a full day Crater tour with picnic lunch. Late afternoon ascent to the crater rim for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 13: NGORONGORO CRATER - ARUSHA & DEPART
After breakfast, return drive to Arusha and dropped off at an Arusha hotel (use of room is excluded). Lunch at an Arusha restaurant. Later transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for international departure flight.
